Elnaz Menhaji-Klotz, PhD

Elnaz is Head of Corporate Development and Operations at NorthLinks Bio. She is a cross-functional leader with a track record of building and scaling complex, high-impact programs and partnerships across the life sciences, including at Gates Medical Research Institute (Gates MRI), Pfizer, and AstraZeneca. She has held leadership roles in business development, alliance management, and led global multi-stakeholder collaborations spanning infectious disease programs, non-profit organizations, and industry partners. In her current role, she oversees the strategic direction, operational infrastructure, program and portfolio management, and new product planning at NorthLinks Bio. She also serves as a Senior Director at Raven, RA Capital's healthcare incubator dedicated to building new companies from the ground up. Elnaz began her career as a scientist and team leader, advancing drug discovery programs across multiple therapeutic areas. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Barnard College.
