Elnaz Menhaji-Klotz, PhD

Elnaz Menhaji-Klotz is Head of Corporate Development and Operations at NorthLinks Bio, where she oversees strategic direction, operational infrastructure, program and portfolio support, and new product planning. She also serves as a Senior Director at Raven, RA Capital's healthcare incubator focused on new company creation.  Elnaz brings broad experience across large pharma and biotech organizations. She led development strategy at the Gates Medical Research Institute (Gates MRI), a global health-focused biotech, and held roles in business development, alliance management, and project leadership, working across multiple infectious diseases and leading global, multiparty partnerships spanning non-profit and industry collaborators. Earlier in her career, she was a scientist and team leader at Pfizer and AstraZeneca, advancing drug discovery programs across several therapeutic areas.  Elnaz holds a PhD in Chemistry from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Barnard College.
