Fanny Cavalié, MBA

Fanny is the CEO of Northlinks Bio. She brings over twenty years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, from drug discovery to commercial stages. Fanny has been Venture Partner at Raven, RA Capital Management’s healthcare incubator, since 2024 and was previously Chief Strategy and Business Operations Officer at Foghorn Therapeutics. During her tenure, she built and led business functions, including corporate strategy, business development, program leadership, commercial, and operations in support of Foghorn’s IPO, key pharma partnerships, and growth into a clinical-stage company. Previously, Fanny held various strategy and commercial positions at Biogen, including Global Marketing lead for Alzheimer's Disease and Global Strategy Lead for the MS portfolio. Fanny also spent a decade at McKinsey in Europe, advising a diverse portfolio of biopharmaceutical companies, payers, and providers. Fanny holds an MBA from HEC in France.
