Fanny Cavalie, MBA

Fanny is the CEO of Northlinks Bio.  She brings over twenty years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, from drug discovery to commercial stages. Fanny has been Venture Partner at RA Ventures since 2024, focusing on new company creation. Prior to joining RA, Fanny served as Chief Strategy and Business Operations Officer at Foghorn Therapeutics from 2018 to 2024. During her tenure, she built and led business functions, including corporate strategy, business development, alliance management, program leadership, commercial, operations and corporate affairs, in support of Foghorn’s IPO, key partnerships with Merck and Lilly, and growth into a clinical-stage company. Previously, Fanny spent four years at Biogen in various strategy and commercial positions, including Global Marketing lead for Alzheimer's Disease and Global Strategy Lead for the MS portfolio. Fanny also spent a decade at McKinsey in Europe, advising a diverse portfolio of BioPharma’s, payers, and providers. Fanny holds an MBA from HEC in France.
